Daily Food Guide...Day 1

Breakfast: Cereal, low-fat milk, and a banana
Lunch: Salad with low-fat dressing and an orange, I had coke to drink.
Snack: fruit snacks
Dinner: Vegetable beef soup and a grilled cheese with sweet tea to drink.
I ate just a few more servings than shown on the chart... To eat healthier I can eat healthier foods and watch how much of it that I eat.
